Construction is well under way for a new mixed-use building in the thriving Elmwood Village in Buffalo, New York. The building contains a 2,500 retail storefront and 8 loft-style apartments above. The building continues the traditional character of existing two-and three story buildings along the vibrant pedestrian-oriented Elmwood Avenue. The entrance to the apartments is off an existing public alley which leads to the public parking area in the rear of the property. All apartments and lofts feature modern amenities such as a balcony and open floor space.

The building follows urban design principles and contributes to enhanced pedestrian activity and security. Occupancy for retail and residential spaces is scheduled for mid August this year.
