- 6,000 sq.ft. corporate office suites

- 4,000 sq.ft. Daycare & Early Childhood Center: housing the Aurora Waldorf School City Satellite program and the Rose Garden Daycare & Early Childhood Center

- 20 loft style apartments (2br, 1bath)
