The proposal is to demolish an existing Kentucky Fried Chicken building and replace it with a three (3) story mixed-use building containing:

- 4,500 sq.ft. retail/commercial space on ground level

- 8 at grade covered parking spaces accessible from Bryant Street

- 12 residential apartment units on the second and third floor ranging from 950 sq.ft. to 1,250 sq.ft. each
