We are proposing to change the previously approved 12-unit condominium project into a 16-unit apartment project with the following scope:

- 16 (2) Bedroom luxury apartments (approx. 1,000sq.ft. ea.)

- 16 Private Garages

- 14 Private storage/multi-purpose rm. (approx. 160 sq.ft.)

- 330sq.ft. Fitness Area or multi-purpose area
