The zoning board has given the go ahead! 346 Connecticut - the old Horsefeathers building - will be the new home of a cooperative sustainable market (on the basement and first floors, with micro-stalls as well as production areas from local yogurt, pasta and artisanal product vendors) and family-size apartments above (on the top three floors).
