The project entails the conversion of 616 apartment units into tenant ownerships. The project is located in a prominent location in the emerging inner harbor in Buffalo, NY next to the Erie Canal terminus. The complex consists of seven twelve-story buildings with ample green space and parking. The ground floor of all buildings are converted into small retail and meeting spaces to enhance interaction between the public and the residents and to provide 'eyes on the streets' for enhanced safety and security.
